Our trailers cannot travel any farther than 130 km from Prince George. Sorry no gravel roads. This is due to past problems.
Pickup time is around 9 am and drop off is around 7 pm, whenever is convenient for you.
Please return the trailer clean and undamaged on the outside as well as the inside . A $40.00/per hr cleaning charge will apply if the RV is not at least tidy upon return. Before you bring it back a $6.00 pressure wash will defiantly keep you in the safe zone. No discount on early returns. We can empty the septic for you, a charge of $60. Septic emptying is included in our valet service. If the smell of cigarette smoke or pets is detected upon return, a $200 Deodorize charge will apply.
The Insurance deductible is $500.00 per any occurrence, including awnings. Most rental places don't allow the use of the awnings, we highly recommend not using it as we have had numerous situations already making us think about removing them altogether, [2019 ...awnings and ac will not be available anymore]. All units come with power jacks and two propane tanks.
Your truck needs to be a 2011 half ton or better with a trailer brake control. We only rent to experienced RVer's, so that if you need to change a flat tire, a fuse, or even replace a wheel bearing on the side of the road, you can fix it quickly and be on your way. Dry campers should bring a generator All trailers come with a tool box full of new parts and tools to do all these including, Wheel chocks, a large outdoor mat, sewer hose, and crank handle for stabilizer jacks and more ...Always better to be prepared.
1/2 propane tank is more than enough for a long weekend of camping provided heat is only turned on during chilly nights and the hot water heater is only turned on approximately 15 minutes before showers. We request the frying of meat products be done outside away from the trailer to prevent damage to the siding.
Each trailer is equipped with: basic cutlery, cooking utensils, pots/pans, coffee percolator, cork screw, can opener, stove lighter, 6 plates, 6 bowls, 6 cups, 6 coffee mugs, salt and pepper, sugar, dish soap, hand soap, paper towel, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, garbage bags, saran wrap, tin foil, hand towels, dish towels, and bath towels. All our Trailers are Fully Insured but you are responsible for the $500 deductible/ damage deposit. In the event of the travel trailer you have reserved is damaged or written off we will try to get you into another trailer but cannot guarantee it as everything is usually already booked and in that case we would give you back your deposit and offer a discount for your next date.
