Awnings damage easily and are the full responsibility of the renter. The Awning Manufacturers recommend awnings not be retracted in windy conditions and/or during rain. Ensure that awnings are raised high enough over the entrance door so rubbing does not occur. The Insurance deductible is $500.00 per any occurrence, most rental places don't allow the use of the awnings, we highly recommend not using it as we have had numerous situations already making us think about removing them altogether, [2019 ...awnings will not be available anymore]
Renters need to have RV experience and be a minimum of 30 years of age. Renter is responsible for any ICBC claims. You need at least a 2010 half ton with a trailer brake control. We only rent to people with experience with rv's so that if you get a flat tire, change a fuse or need to replace a wheel bearing on the side of the road you can fix it quickly and be on your way . and we will show our gratitude by paying you $40.00
